Terms of Service

Radiant is a community price-intelligence platform for the Pokémon Trading Card Game. We combine licensed market data with signals from our community - your votes, forecasts, and sentiment - to surface a transparent view of what cards are worth.

Radiant is not a marketplace. We don't process payments, we don't facilitate buying or selling, and we don't hold funds or act as escrow. Any transaction you make happens elsewhere, between you and a third party, entirely at your own discretion.

The Community Fair Value (CFV) shown on Radiant is a non-binding community estimate, clamped to real market data to keep it grounded. It reflects where our community and the data collectively land - nothing more.

CFV is never a recommended price and never financial, investment, or trading advice. We make no promise that any card can be bought or sold at, above, or below the CFV. Card values are volatile and can move sharply. You rely on CFV, and on anything else you see on Radiant, entirely at your own risk.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Radiant, and old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction (the age of majority where that applies). If you're under the age of majority, you may only use Radiant with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Accounts are handled through our authentication provider, Clerk. You may sign in with a supported method such as email or Discord. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

The signal only works if everyone plays fair. You agree not to:

• Manipulate, brigade, or game the voting and forecasting systems - including coordinated voting, sockpuppet or duplicate accounts, bots, or any scheme to distort Community Fair Value.
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data, or attempt to access the service through automated means we haven't authorized.
• Abuse, harass, or disrupt other users, or attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

Votes and forecasts are append-only - they form a historical record and may be moderated, weighted, or excluded from CFV at our discretion to protect the integrity of the signal. We may warn, rate-limit, or suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

Card names, card images, set names, and related Pokémon marks are the property of their respective owners. Radiant is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, or Creatures. We display these materials for the purpose of identifying cards and presenting price information.

Market data is provided to us under license (via Scrydex) for informational display only. You may not redistribute, resell, or build a competing dataset from data presented on Radiant. The Radiant name, design, and original content are ours.

Radiant and all estimates, data, and features are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate, price, or forecast is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiant and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from decisions you make based on information you find here - including any actual or hoped-for buying, selling, grading, or holding decisions.

We may update these terms as Radiant evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, give notice in the app. Continuing to use Radiant after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
